Hey it's been awhile. The time flew by. I was real busy at work and could not find the time to post, but I'm back and ready to enter some challenges. Yeh!!!!
First of all I just L-O-V-E this stamp, just ordered it from I Brake For Stamps. They bought out Auntie Amy stamps and have quite a variety of stamps, great quality also. I just saw they have a girl version of this stamp, that's my next purchase.
well I will be entering this into three challenges. I'm trying to stick to only 3-4 challenges. I know there is sooooo many great challenges, but I am sticking to the ones I have on my side bar for now, so this card is made for the following challenges:
Papercraft Star-challenge#34--Used the sketch
GABstampin-challenge#-4-- Use wet/dry embossing
The Beary Scrap-challenge#20--Use anything winter blues or blue. I chose blue.
Supplies:
Copics- I used sooooo many colors and I didn't write down the #'s. I need to get better at that.
Ribbon- from Micheals 1.00 bin
Embossing folder-Cuttlebug folder-Tiny Bubbles
Sakura-Permapaque, fine point,pigment marker. This is the only pen I had that actually showed up on
blue paper. Great pens. bought a set with a 50%off at Micheals. I tried Copic,Bic(Mark It)
those did not work.
Color Blok- true yellow- I used this over the embossing.

Forever In My Heart
My niece was over for the weekend and I showed her my blog. She was soooo excited, she wanted to make a card for her mom for valentines day. So we created this card using the sketch for Papercraft Star Challenge#32. I think I recruited a future blogger. She said she's coming over next weekend to make a new card for the next challenge.

HOLA
I had so much fun making this card, I pulled out allot of supplies I had not used in awhile. It all started with
Getting Cricky to create something inspired. by Tim Holtz. I chose to use a stencil and his Alcohol Inks.
The sketch was inspired by the challenge at The Beary Scrap Design Challenge#19. I love their challenges.
The gold hearts were cut with my Cricut-Sweet Treats. I used Versa Mark and UT(Ultra Thick) embossing enamel. I watched a video on Cricutology on how to do this. very cool results. The middle heart is the over flow of the UT I thought that would be cool to use. Paper Playtime #37 was to use cupid or hearts. Then finally the colors were from the icopic challenge#16, the sad part is I put away my pens before writing down the numbers. I traced the circles on the dragon fly then used some gelly roll pen outlining it. whew... I don't know how I combined so many challenges this time, but some how it all worked out.

With Simpathy-
I realized I needed to make more simpathy cards to have on hand. I used a sketch from the challenge at
papercraftstar challenge-31. I love how this turned out. I took a picture of the flower as I was making it.
Flower= Martha Stewart stamp set(butterfly aslo from this set). I wrote down every color of copic I used, and of course, I can't find it. I sprayed it with Tattered Angles-lime twist-glimmer mist.
the rest of the card is a rub-on set I had in my stash and fit the sketch perfectly. It came with the corner flourishes and all the rhinestones , I'm glad i fanally used it.
Sentiment- came from a set from All Night Media- calligraphy stamp set.

FOOTBALL XOXO's
I like how cute this card turned out. I made a man card for cricut cardz challenge #60 and also added XOXO card for peachy keen stamps challenge lets-face-it-friday, then I incorporated a trifold(my first one) for the cuttlebug spot tri-fold-cards-valentine challenge. creative time for me Throwback-Thursday also asked to use a paper doll cart. I use to try to create one card per challenge, but got overwhelmed with trying to hit deadlines. now I'm getting use to combining 2-3 challenges and am finding it more enjoyable. Here is a pic of the card open. I places the trifold on the front of a regular folded card so I can add a note on the inside for my husband. what do you guy think?
supplies:
Cartridges=xoxo-Sentimentals, football stuff-Everyday Paper Dolls
Faces= Peach Keen Stamp-Everyday Character Assortment#pk-490
White stiching and Eyes=Sakura Gelly Roll White #50( this is the best pen I have found for the eyes)
XOXO= colored the X's with Copic #R59 cardinal. I also ran them through my Xyon create a sticker. I also used my cuttlebug folder on the background of the XOXO's. also distressed the edges with Disstrezz-it-all
I Heart You= from my stash of stuff. I glued it to a metal tab for stability and attached it to the first layer only of the card so he can pull it open.
Sentiment= made on my computer, cut it out with Fiskar scallop circle punch.
